Front and back cover for a young-adult short novel, mainly about hacking and defeating a cybergang before Xmas.
In this collaboraiton, we tried to establish on both images a good balance between the danger of hacking and christmas magic.
Front : both characters sitting at the mall’s entrance, almost in a religious attitude, ready to face danger in the middle of the high-tech joy and Christmas celebration.
Back : a mysterious antagonist is facing the emblem of his gang, in a warm coffee-shop. The composition is juggling with the concept of dissimulation, using reflections and offscreen games, with a touch of humor in reference to cookies and privacy.
